The 10th Pass Pern Collective is a group of sites who are linked together by a common bond - they are all on the same Pern!
These sites are dedicated to giving the DRoP role player the best experience possible, including the ability to travel ICly to different Weyrs that are run independently from one another. Just as it should be on Pern.

1. Please be a canon Weyr who is willing to discuss a mutual history. We'd like to include yours somehow if you're willing to include ours. That means we'll negoitate and alter our history enough to include your Weyr if you are willing to do the same.
2. Follow the Rules and extend the Member Benefits to all participating Weyrs.
3. Include the 10th PPC Weyrs on a separate or obvious section of your buttons / adverts so everyone knows we are Sister Weyrs on the Same Pern.
4. Include this set of Rules / Membership guidelines.
1. The ability to travel freely between the Weyrs, your character from one Weyr will be automatically accepted at another as a Visitor. While a Visitor you can post and interact with the Weyr you are visiting, and are just considered exactly what you are... a visitor to their Weyr. Please follow the rules on that site.
2. Your site and the link thereof will be included in our advertisement
3. The ability to have Pern-wide plots that encompass multiple Weyrs.
4. The ability to have Councils of Weyrleaders from different Weyrs, and different people playing them!
