I guess one way to advertise is to just write up a little blurb for the 10thPassCC and remind / tell them there is another Weyr/site they can join if they want to expand. That might help.

Were you thinking of creating the standard advertisement page thingy that most sites have? We could take bits and pieces from the other two sites ... that should help.

Some suggestions! =)
